To change your Plunet BM password:

1. Go to our Plunet BM web page. Click the following link or copy and paste into your web browser of your choice
   https://login.goglobal-consulting.com
2. Click on “Set up a new password”. Enter your user name and the captcha text. Please note: you must know your user name, otherwise you will not receive the email with instructions. If you don’t remember the user name please contact the Talent Team or IT Support Team.
3. You will receive an email from Plunet BM with your verification code. Copy and paste the code and click “Confirm”.
4. Now you will be able to change your password. Finally, click “Change Password”.

Hints and Tips:

• If the captcha doesn’t work, please erase your cache and cookies from your web browser or try the link in a different web browser.
• Don't close the browser's tab after entering the captcha. Wait to receive the email with the verification code in your inbox, and also check the spam/bulk email folder.
• Each verification code has a lifespan of 30 minutes.
• Choose a strong password.
• Do not share your access credentials with anywone as they identify you in the system.
